NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS · WATER EXTRACTION ENQUIRIES
BEFORE, DURING & AFTER

Our Process

Separate the initial assessment, accessible water removal and the next moisture decisions.

OUR PROCESS

Four decisions in the water extraction process.

A written scope helps you understand what is being removed now and which decisions may come later.

  1. 01

    Describe the property

Give the address, first wet room, timing and source if known. Explain any access limit before arranging an assessment.

  2. 02

    Define the assessment

Identify the receiving business and who can approve entry. Ask what the initial visit includes and whether an assessment charge applies.

  3. 03

    Agree to the removal

The contractor explains reachable water, equipment and included rooms. Clarify how contents handling or additional access would change the agreement.

  4. 04

    Review what remains

Ask which materials are still wet and how findings will be recorded. Further drying, monitoring or access should have clear terms before it is approved.

Bring the details you can provide safely.

Give the full work address, unit, affected rooms and the timing you know. If water continues to enter or the source is uncertain, say so. Describe a blocked route, locked gate or material concern without entering an unsafe space to investigate.

Keep a record of the agreement.

Ask what is included in the assessment, what the initial removal covers and how changes require authorization. Keep the findings and any later recommendation so you can distinguish reachable water removal from further access, monitoring or drying.

A surface that looks clearer is a useful observation, not proof that every layer is dry. Ask how the contractor will explain the remaining conditions and the choices that follow.
